About The Event
Learn the basics of stretching your clients safely. This class incorporates elements of Thai Yoga Massage and stretching techniques used by therapists who specialize in working with athletes. You will learn a brief history and theory of Thai Massage as well as an overview of Body Mechanics. Along with learning techniques, there will be time to practice incorporating these techniques into traditional table massage.
